How can I be assured that my liner had no holes when the material is produced?

To detect the presence of holes in the liner of all of In-Line’s production lines utilize an electronic spark (hole) detection system. Every square inch of liner must pass through the spark detection device before it is wound onto a roll and submitted for final approval.
